The legal basis is performance of a contract and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

When you contact us through the contact form or by e-mail, we process the information you provide in order to respond. Depending on the nature of the request, the legal basis may be pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in communicating with users and resolving enquiries. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your e-mail address will be used to send the newsletter on the basis of your consent. Recipients and processors

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to resolve the communication and any related claims.
